We have exact reproductions of the 289 and 427 Cobra shifter in stock. These shifters are based on the Hurst Competition Plus shifter body, specially made for DWT, using the Hurst installation kit.

The 427 Cobra style shifters are available for toploaders with the following tailhousings: C60, C70, D0Z both versions, C4Z, and modified C4D.

The 289 Cobra style shifter is available for toploaders with the following tailhousings: C4A, C6A and C40.

The 427 and 289 Cobra shifters are 100% complete and include the following: Hurst Competition Plus shifter, Hurst installation kit, all hardware, plate, hardened rods, original correct Ford boot, original Ford knob with correct pattern, an exact polished stainless steel trim ring with polished stainless steel hardware, an exact Cobra 427 or 289 style handle, and a stainless steel adapter (only used on the 427 style).
